Premier
12-to-60-month plan renewable yearly
For those who rely on their ultrasound for 100% up-time, we offer our Premier services, which guarantees your ultrasound will be up-and-running faster than the manufacturer's best efforts (4-72 hours of first-call). Most problems solved same-day or next-day!!!
- Full on-site system Parts & Labor warranty, including travel. Immediate response and diagnosis Monday-Friday 8-5 EST
- Covers ALL parts, transducers, labor, and telephone technical support
- Night & Weekend service for emergency up-time (best-effort in rural areas)
- Two preventive maintenance visits including: Full System Inspection, diagnostics and system evaluation, full report, maintenance recommendations, and 10% discount on replacement parts and transducers
Standard
12-to-60-month plan renewable yearly
Designed for most offices and clinics with ultrasound in a support, non-critical role. Our guarantee is 24-hour response and 72 hours or best-effort for an on-site service engineer. Typically an engineer will be on-site next-day for most ultrasound systems in most locations and for most ultrasound systems.

- Covers parts, transducers, labor, and telephone technical support
- One preventive maintenance visit including: Full System Inspection, diagnostics and system evaluation, full report, maintenance recommendations, and 10% discount on replacement parts and transducers.
Basic
12-to-60-month plan renewable yearly
A b policy designed for non-critical ultrasounds. You'll pay half the cost of our Standard plan up-front. Then half-price on all parts, labor, and travel on any service call. Labor and travel pricing will be set at the time of the agreement. Technical support will also be available. This is a popular option for many of the more durable ultrasound machines. The guarantee is the same as the Standard plan of 24-hour response time and 72 hours or best-effort for an on-site service engineer
- On-site parts & labor where all costs are split between GPS Medical and the customer. 24-hour response and diagnosis Monday-Friday 8-5 EST
- Covers parts, transducers, labor, and telephone technical support at half the normal costs.
