SonoSite has long been known as a great portable ultrasound system, also known as Hand Carried Ultrasound. They make small units that are laptop-sized, and also true handheld units. The Titan, which was released some years back, hit the market with a boom, as the probe technology is quite impressive. The probes and systems can be dropped from 3 feet without any damage done to them. These are perfect for mobile systems, emergency medicine, family practice, and also practices where there is not a dedicated procedure room. We currently sell remanufactured SonoSite Titan units, 180-Plus units, and the MicroMaxx.

The latest product is the MicroMaxx, which has stronger cardiac functions and calculations package. We just finished the video that shows the SonoSite Titan compared to the GE Logiqbook XP. We've also done a review on our blog comparing the systems.

The MicroMaxx can be hard to find, but is an excellent system. It includes the popular IMT calculation package. These have become more available recently and we usually keep at least one in-stock.
